I. General assumptions
1.
The main objective of the Playa Palmera affiliate program, hereinafter referred to as ‘Partner Program’ or ‘Program’ is to create a partnership, allowing active participation in the promotion and development of the Playa Palmera Beach Resort brand.
2.
By participating in the Program, Playa Palmera Beach Resort aims to increase brand awareness and attract new customers through effective use of the affiliate link, codes and banners, hereinafter referred to as ‘link’, ‘code’ or ‘banner’.
3.
By enabling participants, hereinafter referred to as ‘Referrers’, to earn credits for referring new customers, the program aims to motivate active promotion and create a positive image of the resort.
4.
The Partner Program aims to reward Referrers for their commitment and effectiveness in referring new guests, hereinafter referred to as ‘Referrals’, to Playa Palmera Beach Resort, which contributes to increased booking turnover and long-term customer relationships.
5.
Playa Palmera aims to establish the Partner Program as an attractive tool for those interested in both short and long-term partnerships, creating synergistic relationships with Referrers and Referrals.
6.
Guided by integrity, transparency and ethical principles, Playa Palmera intends to develop the Partner Program as an effective marketing tool, benefiting both Referrers, Referrals and the Resort itself.
II. Entity Responsible for the Partner Program.

The entity responsible for operating the ‘Partner Program’ is Playa Palmera Beach Resort, headquartered at:

2.
Playa Palmera Beach Resort shall serve as the Program administrator and shall be the sole decision maker on matters related to the operation, rules, and amendments to the Terms and Conditions.
3.
Any issues, questions or concerns regarding the program should be addressed directly to Playa Palmera Beach Resort through the dedicated control panel in the Partner Program System or through available contacts such as the email address provided on the official website of the Program.
4.
Playa Palmera Beach Resort reserves the right to unilaterally change the rules of the Program, rewards, as well as to terminate the program at any time, subject to previous commitments to Referrers and Referrals.
5.
In the event of any changes to the Program rules, Referrers will be informed through notifications on their accounts in the control panel and on the official website of the program.
III. Terms of Participation
1.
In order to join the Partner Program, the Referrer agrees to abide by the following conditions of registration:
• Filling out the registration form available on the official website of the Program
• Establishment of individual identification data that will allow the Referrer to be associated with the Partner Program.
• Acceptance of the terms and conditions and commitment to abide by them while participating in the Program.
2.
After correct registration, the Referrer generates his/her unique code and link and gets access to the control panel, where he can track his achievements and manage his account.
3.
The Referrer, by registering in the Partner Program, agrees to receive information related to the Program, such as updates, promotions and other relevant communications.
4.
The Referrer agrees to comply with applicable laws and ethical standards when promoting the link and code.
5.
The Program administrator reserves the right to reject the registration without giving any reason if the Referrer fails to meet the conditions of participation.
6.
In case of change of personal information, the Referrer is obliged to update the information in the control panel of the Partner Program.
7.
Participation in the Partner Program is free of charge, but the Referrer shall be responsible for all costs associated with the publication and promotion of the link and code on his own.
8.
In case of violation of the terms of participation or program regulations, the administrator has the right to block the Referrer's account and revoke the awarded credits.
9.
The Referrer has the right to resign from participation in the Partner Program at any time by notifying the administrator of this decision.
10.
The Program participant agrees to create a secure password for his/her account. The participant is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her password and for any actions taken with it. The password must not be shared with other individuals or third parties.
11.
If a participant suspects that his/her login credentials may have been disclosed or used by an unauthorized person, he/she should immediately change his/her password and notify the Program administrator of the incident.
12.
If the password is forgotten, it is possible to restore it through a special functionality on the Program website.
13.
The Participant is fully responsible for all actions taken with his/her account in the Program, including any unauthorized actions made by third parties with access to his/her login information.
14.
The program administrator reserves the right to change the terms of participation, regulations and rules of operation of the program. The changes made will result in information for Referrers on their accounts in the control panel and on the official website of the program.
15.
A user who registers for the Partner Program cannot use their own links, codes and banners to get a discount on a stay at Playa Palmera. Detection of such activity will constitute suspected fraudulent activity and a violation of these terms and conditions. This may result in removal of the Partner Program account and legal consequences.
16.
Benefits accumulated in the Partner Program account are assigned only to the account owner. This means that accumulated points do not accumulate for multiple users who have an account in the Partner Program.
IV. Publication of the link and code
1.
The Referrer shall have ample opportunity to promote his/her link and code, and publication venues shall include, but not be limited to: private website, blog, social media channels, newsletters, private messages
2.
It is forbidden to place links and codes on sites that promote illegal, defamatory, pornographic, offensive or copyright infringing content. The referrer agrees to comply with ethical standards and rules of compliance with applicable laws when promoting the link and code. In case of violation of these rules, the administrator reserves the right to block the Referrer's account and forfeit the awarded credits.
V. Protection of Image and Ethical Standards
1.
Participants in the Partner Program agree to refrain from any activities that may harm the reputation, image or business of Playa Palmera Beach Resort.
2.
It is prohibited to publish false information, misinform potential customers, as well as promote unethical practices to attract guests to Playa Palmera Beach Resort.
3.
Any illegal, offensive, defamatory or discriminatory content posted by Referrers in connection with the promotion of the Partner Program will be considered a violation of the terms and conditions.
4.
In the event that any actions are found to be detrimental to the brand image, Playa Palmera Beach Resort reserves the right to immediately terminate the participation of the Referrer in question in the Partner Program, and to take legal action for the damages incurred.
5.
Referrers are required to comply with marketing ethics and conduct promotional activities in accordance with general social norms and applicable laws.
6.
In case of doubts about the compliance of activities with the rules of the Partner Program, it is recommended to consult the program administrator for clear guidelines.
7.
Playa Palmera Beach Resort reserves the right to interpret and qualify activities to the detriment of the brand image, and to unilaterally modify this section of the terms and conditions in case of the need to adapt it to changing market and marketing conditions.
VI. Benefits for the Referral
1.
Referrals who use the link or code will receive a 5% discount on booking a stay at Playa Palmera Beach Resort.
2.
This discount is automatically calculated during the booking process, being a benefit available to anyone who uses the Referrer's link or code.
3.
The discount covers the amount of the reservation. The discount does not include additional services purchased on-site during the Referrer's stay at Playa Palmera Beach Resort.
4.
The discount can be used regardless of the type of accommodation selected by the Referral, covering apartments, penthouses and villas available at Playa Palmera Beach Resort.
5.
The link and code used by the Referral has a validity of 90 days.
VII. Benefit for the Referrer
1.
The Referrer, as an active participant in the Partner Program, shall receive credits for each person who uses his/her unique link or code in the process of making a reservation at Playa Palmera Beach Resort.
2.
Credits are awarded proportionally: 5% of the reservation amount paid by the Referral, which are then converted into credits in the ratio: 1 USD = 1 credit.
3.
As part of the conversion, 1 USD equals 1 credit, allowing the participant to monitor and understand the value of the credits in relation to the local currency.
4.
These credits are automatically recorded in the Referrer's account in the Partner’s control panel, allowing transparent tracking of earned rewards.
VIII. Conditions for obtaining credits
1.
In order for a Referrer to receive credits from a referral, the Referral must exactly meet the following conditions:
• Making a Reservation: The Referral must complete the process of booking a stay at Playa Palmera Beach Resort, using the dedicated link or code provided by the Referrer.
• Paying for the Stay: The reservation must be paid in accordance with Playa Palmera Beach Resort's terms and conditions. This payment should cover the entire amount of the reservation.
• Execution of the Stay: The Referral must actually fulfill his/her stay at Playa Palmera Beach Resort, and the entire period of the reservation must be fulfilled in accordance with the terms of the contract.
2.
Once these conditions are met, the credits assigned to the transaction are automatically added to the Referrer's account in the Partner’s control panel.
3.
The process of automatic addition of credits takes place at the end of the stay, i.e. at the moment of check-out by the Referral at Playa Palmera Beach Resort.
4.
The credits received are visible in the Referrer's control panel, where details of the number of credits, the date the credits were awarded and the transaction history related to the Partner Program are available.
5.
Additional charges, such as resort fees, additional services or other costs associated with the use of resort amenities, are not included in the total reservation amount, nor do they contribute to the awarding of additional credits under the Partner Program. Additional charges are regulated separately, in accordance with the terms and conditions of Playa Palmera Beach Resort, and do not affect the number of credits earned by the Referrer.
6.
In the event that any of the above conditions are not met, the Referrer shall not receive credits from the booking in question.
IX. Validity period of credits
1.
Each credit awarded to the Referrer under the Partner Program has a limited validity period of two years from the date of their award.
2.
During this two-year period, the Referrer has the opportunity to accumulate credits, as well as use them to generate promotional codes for reservations, as well as withdrawal of funds to a bank account.
3.
After the expiration of two years from the date of awarding credits, those credits that have not been used automatically expire.
X. Credits and their use
1.
All credits collected are strictly assigned to the specific link/code through which they were earned. This means that the credits cannot be transferred to the account of other Referrals and Referrers.
2.
The non-transferability of credits provides Referrers with a fair and clear structure, eliminating possible misunderstandings related to the distribution or transfer of credits between other Referrers.
3.
Credits and related funds may be subject to payment in cash (electronic transfer).
4.
To make a withdrawal of funds, the Referrer is required to provide a bank account number.
5.
The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 USD.
6.
The Referrers commit to settling the tax on the payment received on an individual basis themselves.
XI. Generation of promotional code
1.
The Referrer shall have the ability to generate promotional codes to enable a discount on a booking at Playa Palmera Beach Resort.
2.
The minimum number of credits required to generate one promotional code is 1 credit.
3.
The process of generating a promotional code is available in the Referrer's control panel, which enables efficient operation and quick use of earned credits.
XII. Use of the promo code
1.
The holder of a promo code may use it during the booking process at Playa Palmera Beach Resort by entering it in the dedicated field marked "PROMOTION CODE".
2.
The entry of the promo code will automatically result in the reduction of the reservation price by the applicable discount.
3.
The promo code can only be used once, during a single booking, and the effect of the discount is immediately visible in the booking cart summary.
4.
Referrer has the ability to create several unique promotional codes from the pool of credits held.
5.
Each generated promotional code is individual and can be used only for one booking.
XIII. Program scope
1.
The Playa Palmera Partner Program covers the entire range of accommodations available at Playa Palmera Beach Resort, including apartments, penthouses and villas.
2.
Partner benefits, i.e. credits and the resulting accumulation of promotional codes, can be used when booking any type of accommodation at Playa Palmera Beach Resort.
XIV. Final clauses
1.
The administrator of the program, i.e. Playa Palmera Beach Resort, reserves the right to amend the Partner Program regulations at any time.
2.
The Partner Program shall be governed by the general rules of Playa Palmera Beach Resort, and any changes or new provisions shall be published on the official website of the program and on the Referral Control Panel.
3.
All decisions made by the administrator of the Partner Program are final and binding on the Referrers, which is in line with the principles of fairness and transparency in the operation of the program.
